The slab itself is about 140x140 pixel, but each image is 256x256 pixel, so it's possible to add the glow effect as a background.
It's possible to combine any slab with any lightning overlay and with any glow effect resulting in 80M+ combinations.
The screenshots shows some random combinations of the overlay and glow colors.
